Lindsay has taken my fitness to a whole other level – I’m eating so much better and seeing changes in my body that I’ve never seen before. From January to May, I’ve lost over 11lbs and 7.5 inches. It’s those inches that really make a difference in the way that you feel and look.
I’ve been athletic most of my life and trained extremely hard, but I’ve never seen the body changes before that I have since working out with Lindsay. I have muscles in certain places that I’ve always wanted to have but I never thought I could get them.
Lindsay spends a lot of time preparing work outs just for me. She takes into consideration my goals and body and finds just the right challenges to keep me moving towards that goal. Lindsay’s positive energy and feedback makes working out so much better. I look forward our sessions together; I can be having the worst day, but when I work out with Lindsay it all changes. She makes you feel good about your achievements, but makes sure that you’re working hard to take yourself to another level. One of the best things about working out with Lindsay is that she really takes into consideration the various muscle and joint issues I have and tailors my workouts accordingly.

I was always intimidated by the gym but Lindsay has made me feel comfortable and more knowledgeable when working out. My goals were to lose weight, get toned and learn proper form in the gym. In 3 months I have lost 3 inches around my waist-line and can now bench press 30lbs!
