Your Processed Food Belongs in the Trash!
We all know eating healthier helps shrink our waistlines, but what if you’re happy with your weight – does eating better really matter for you and more importantly, what’s in it for you? There are a ton of reasons why you should eat more veggies, fruits, legumes, nuts, seeds and proteins (including a lot of non animal sources) and toss processed foods out.

1. Increase your energy. We all live action-packed lives, and we never seem to have enough time to get through our ‘to do’ lists do we? High fibre foods (veggies & fruits) take longer to digest.
